MyCroquet Wiki / Built, awaiting turn-on

Healthy Mind

What it is

A gallery of daily brain-training games inside the member portal: Wordle, Sudoku, Schulte tables, Mahjong, Solitaire, Minesweeper, Nonograms and more, each tracking streaks and personal bests on the member's profile.

Who it serves

Any current member. It is deliberately members-only, as a reason to register and renew.

How it works

Nothing to run: daily puzzles generate themselves. It is a member-engagement feature, not an admin tool.

  1. Log in and open Healthy Mind.
  2. Pick the daily challenge or a free-play game.
  3. Play; streaks and personal bests update automatically.

How it hits the ideals and aims

Enjoy croquet: the portal is a pleasant place to visit daily, not just an admin site. Hit our aims: supports the "croquet keeps your mind sharp" health case used in recruitment and funding. Aims: 3 Grow & Engage Members, 6 Encourage Innovative Ideas.

The benefit for croquet

Gives members a daily reason to open MyCroquet beyond paying registration, and strengthens the active-ageing argument clubs use with councils and funders.

Results so far

Not yet measured. The launch design is two-phase: games first with quiet data collection, then leaderboards and a social feed about eight weeks in, so they arrive with real history. Phase one has not been switched on.

Status: code complete, dark; turn-on is Wade's call. As at 2026-07-11.
