MyCroquet Core (login, dashboard, My Details)
What it is
The always-on shell of MyCroquet: passwordless login, each member's dashboard and My Details page, the honours board, and the CAQ pages. Every other module rides on this identity layer, and people only see the modules switched on for them.
Who it serves
Every CAQ member, roughly 1,500 active across 41 clubs. Club secretaries and CAQ officers use the same front door.
How it works
Ends password support entirely: no resets, no login training. One identity layer means a member can log in once, or simply email from their registered address, and everything is matched to them.
- Enter your email address.
- A code arrives; click or enter it. No password, ever.
- You are on your dashboard.
How it hits the ideals and aims
Keep it simple: enter your email, click the code, you are in. Cooperate for croquet: one shared front door for the whole state. Aims: 1 Strengthen Admin, 3 Grow & Engage Members.
The benefit for croquet
One clean member platform in place of direct RevSport access, with the state's history on show: the honours board carries 204 state records back to 1907, over 170 of them linked to member profiles.
Results so far
The full membership database is migrated and clean. The coordinated go-live began 6 July 2026, and the new heritage design went live 10 July 2026. Real member usage starts as clubs are brought on, with John phoning clubs now.
