Legal & Risk
QLD croquet volunteers are well protected. The law, documentation, and CAQ's insurance policy work together. This section links to everything you need.
The short version: A committee member acting honestly and in the club's interest is very unlikely to face personal liability. The protections exist by law. Good minutes activate them. Insurance is the backstop.
